When the water quits out there, the first place we look is the pump, the pressure switch, and the pressure tank. Low pressure and a pump that cycles constantly are the early warnings.
Well water in this area often carries iron, hardness, or sediment. Orange stains, scale on the fixtures, grit in the aerators, or a metallic taste all point to something we can fix with filtration or a softener sized for the house. Hard water also shortens the life of a water heater, so if yours is rumbling or running out early, that is worth a look at the same time.
