Q: Do you work on homes with wells and septic?

Yes. Most homes outside town limits in Charlotte, Campbell, Prince Edward, and Lunenburg counties are on a private well and a septic system. Well pumps, pressure tanks, and well-water filtration are a big part of what Gary does. If you're on town water in Farmville or another town, that's fine too.

Q: Is Gary really the one who shows up?

Yes. Wright Touch is owner operated. Gary Wright is a Licensed Master Plumber, and he's the one who answers the phone, drives out, and does the work. There's no call center and no crew of subcontractors.

Q: How far will you travel?

We're based in Phenix in Charlotte County and cover Charlotte, Campbell, Prince Edward, and Lunenburg counties. That includes Farmville, Keysville, Victoria, Meherrin, Charlotte Court House, and Brookneal. If you're near one of those, call and ask.

Q: Do you take small jobs?

Yes. A dripping faucet, a running toilet, a garbage disposal, a ceiling fan. Small jobs are most of plumbing, and they're the ones that get worse when you put them off. Call or text and describe it.

Q: What if I don't know what's wrong?

That's normal. Tell Gary what you're seeing: where the water is, what sound it's making, when it started. He'll ask a few questions, tell you what to shut off if anything, and come take a look. A photo or a short video helps if you've got enough signal to send one.

Gary comes out

Not a dispatcher, not a trainee. A Master Plumber looks at the actual problem and tells you plainly what it needs, and what it doesn't.

Fixed right

The work gets done properly the first time. If there's ever a question afterward, you call the same number and get the same person.

Where we work

Phenix sits in the middle of it all. Charlotte Court House is about ten minutes away on VA-40, Brookneal about fifteen down US-501, Keysville about twenty on US-360, Meherrin about twenty-five, Victoria about thirty via VA-49, and Farmville about thirty-five up US-15.
